Small kitchen fire and needed help with cleanup which mainly involved fire extinguisher residue. I called 911 Restoration to investigate and get an estimate on cleanup. The appointment was easy to schedule and they were at my door in less than 24 hours. Terry and Ryan were assigned to investigate and were very kind, professional and helpful. This company is not greedy for your money. Ryan and Terry were honest and told me that it was a project I could handle on my own and provided excellent tips for cleanup. Hopefully, this is my last experience needing this type of service but in the chance that it is not, I will definitely be giving 911 Restoration another call.

I am very pleased with the quality work and how quickly my water damage issue resolved. Brian and Kevin were awesome. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and did a great job at keeping me up to date on the progress of the cleanup.

We discovered mold in our home 1 week prior to having a major surgery. I was on the phone with 911 Restoration after 5pm and Oby with 911 Restoration came out to my home the next business day. Understanding my fear of recovering from surgery with mold in my air ducts, he was able to get a team out to get rid of the mold the very next day. I am so thankful for his knowledge, kindness and understanding. The day after cleaning my air ducts they sent Chris and John to clean my ceilings where mold had started to grow. They were quick and able to give me extra reassurance that my home is mold free! I am so happy to be breathing clean air again and highly recommend 911 Restoration.
